Is spaghetti a regular meal around your household? Chances are, yes. Well, there are healthier alternatives to that traditional bleached-flour pasta you use because “that’s how mom always did it.” Try spaghetti squash or zucchini noodles. They provide a great texture to your dish and are packed with essential nutrients for a healthy diet. They are very simple to make at home and some grocery stores, like HyVee, can freshly prepare zucchini noodles for you. Check out these simple recipes!
