When I am at the grocery store trying to figure what my healthy snack for the week is going to be I value convenience over everything. One of my go to snacks is grapes, they are so easy to measure out and you do not have to keep them refrigerated all day. Another huge bonus besides convenience is all of the health benefits grapes can provide you.

Grapes are packed with Vitamin K and C, vitamin K is vital for blood clotting and healthy bones. Vitamin C is a powerful antioxidant and immune booster. They are high in potassium which can help lower blood pressure and they have a low glycemic index which is great for people with diabetes.
