FIT-P’s February Fitness Challenge!

February Progressive Challenge:

For each day in February, perform the corresponding number of rounds of:

  • 5 reps of hand release push-ups with arm extension
  • 5 reps leg tuck (laying or hanging)
  • 100 meter run

On February 1, you would perform one round, on February 8, you would perform 8 rounds.
