APFT Prep Challenge Weekly Bonus #1 (4-10 August)

Week one bonus:  Active transportation

Use active transportation at least one time this week!  This means walk, ride your bike, roller skate, skate board, etc. to a destination that you intended to go to anyway.

If riding your bike to work is not feasible; consider walking from work to the gym, to the post office, to lunch; or walking from the gym to the grocery store or to get a cup of (black) coffee and back.  Be creative!
